All the mounts are new (engine and trans.)I put the engine mounts on when I replaced the clutch.
It's stock height has the 4.10 or 4.11 (how ever you want to add it) gears and worn 30inch tires. I work as a mechanic(not so sure anymore) at a dealer ship. No one here knows either but they sure think it's funny. I usually do all the trouble shooting, but I'm still lost on this one.
It has all new poly-bushing in it(springs and the body mounts and so on). It runs and drives great no shakes, rattles or squeaks.
The thing just chatters from a dead stop or almost stopped, if moving at a couple miles an hour it's fine.
Do you think I've just got a bad new FORD clutch? If so it's the first for me. I install about 40 or so a year at the shop. I can do it again but don't think it will prove anything, was hoping it was simple. I guess murphy came to visit. thanks
mike bridges
