I have a one of these seats that folds down. I bought and installed it in September of 2002. Here are my pros and cons:
Pros: Provides a third seat, can be folded down, kids like seating in the back
Cons: Not the easiest thing in the world to install, rattles a little, can't be used by anyone over 5'.

steve, is there a height restriction other than being able to endure the cramped area? maybe the lack of a head restraint limits it.
