Getting the Wheeling Fever
Hey guys, one thing to watch for in the Gen 1 Troopers is the degradation of reflective coating inside the headlight assembly. This is a chronic problem with Troopers. The reflective coating flakes off or may actually melt off and your output will become much weaker and more yellowish. If this happens, no super bulb will make any difference until you replace the degraded headlight assembly. Been there, done that.

BTW, the Silver Stars are a quality product which will give you a noticeable increase in illumination over stock 9004's, provided of course you don't suffer from the problem discussed above.

I have the silver stars as well. I love them. For me it made a big difference. big difference. there are people flashing there lights at me all the time now. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
