Thanks Chris. I'm not sure if they will fit, as the spline-count is different on the 98-up Troops.

That info was given to me by both Warn and Superwinch.

I have been outbid. For once I"m happy about it.

I guess I'm stuck with Superwimp hubs if I want to do the manual conversion.

Michael are you out?
If you are then I want to put in a bid, I'm pretty sure that they'll fit my '95. Let me know.

Well I did put in a bid. The item went for $109 and some change. I wasn't really interested in getting only one hub so I didn't bid more than $103. I hope the guy who did win gets two hubs. That would suck to be expecting two new hubs and only get one. Looks like I'll be heading out to the yard soon.

The title of the sale was Hubs. I think the reason the box said "1" was that's all that comes in a box. Even so when I priced these at my dealer the were over $300 each, so it would still be a deal.

I got an email from the seller and it WAS TWO HUBS. So $109 is a helluva deal.

Unfortunately, the will not fit 98-2002 Troops, so I was out to begin with.

Congrats to whomever got them. I thought of buying them w/the intent of reselling them at a small but tidy profit...but that's more trouble than it's worth. I'm too busy to deal w/that kind of stuff.

*sigh* I guess down the road I'll pick up a pair of Superwimp hubs or something.

IIRC, there was a spline-count difference on the differential-end of the shaft, but on the hub end, it was still the same old same old 17-spline... So if that's not the case, anyone know what the actual count is?

The spline count on my '95 is 17. Now all we need is someone with a newer-2Gen/3Gen/UBB whatever to count their's.

In my dealings with Ebay I figure that it is better to error on the side of caution. Even though this guy told MikeD via email that there were two hubs, he still only posted a pic of one hub. If I were to sell two hubs on Ebay I would show both hubs in the pic. After all these are small items, and well within the range of modern camera lenses . I've never seen two hubs for sale on Ebay with only one hub showing. So with all that in mind and keeping in mind the anonymouse nature of the internet I think it wise to not base $109 dollars on one single "s".

I'm very curious as well. It would suck big-time if indeed the hubs would've fit my truck...$110 bucks...what a steal!

I was looking at them as well. But it looked to me like it was 1 hub. That combined that there was no reserve and it started at 20.00 led me to believe that it was only 1 hub. $#%# I would have bought them for sure!!!!!

Oh well you snooze.................
