"AirAmigo!"

My first Moab Zu Zoo was Moab Zu Zoo II. I was doing Gold Bar Rim with Norm driving a Red Rodeo at the time. I saw a couple of cracks in the rock, and started doing some flexing at will with my Amigo. It was at that time, that Norm got on the CB and said, "Hey, look it's a Air Amigo!"

The nickname stuck, as I had some serious airtime shots just before that trip to Moab.

Thank norm!

Now the name fits my rig height, more than my airborne opportunities. SAS does not land as well as IFS.

When registering at a few places (yahoo mail, here, and some other BBSs) my initials were already taken, my first name was taken, and since my truck doesn't have a name, I chose hopa2000 for 2000 HOnda PAssport. So far so good, noone's used it so far on all the sites I've registered at.

LOL... this makes me laugh, since this thread comes up about every 6-9 months. We had a REALLY long one a while back, could even be as much as 2 years...

Too lazy to search for it now, but feel free, a lot of people here and most are preparing for Moab 'Zu Zoo VI this week for weekend departures, so dont expect a lot of posts...

Anyway, Locomigo is self explanatory for I am a crazy friend, and coincidentally I drive an Amigo, pretty crazily as well. She kinda has a mind of her own, so you now have about three twists for meaning of the name.

Here's one of the old nickname threads. Last post explains early cave drawings.

Found this statement from MJW:
