Body Damage is Cool

I would figure in the range of what Black-n-Blue said, but I would lift the rear first then adjust front to match. Since the front is raised by turning an adjusting bolt it is easier to fine tune. The rear you are gonna get whatever your shackles and springs give you, there's no adjustment.
