Ok, a buddy of mine works at a powdercoat manufacturing plant, so a few bored nights at work got him all of this:
<img src="http://www.4x4spot.com/images/fs/22r-powdercoat-01.jpg" alt=" - " />
<img src="http://www.4x4spot.com/images/fs/22r-powdercoat-02.jpg" alt=" - " />
He had planned to use all of this on his own truck, but we got to wondering what someone would pay for all of these powdercoated parts.
So I ask - anyone have a realistic clue what all of this is worth? Basically what would allof the posdercoated parts be worth on say, eBay?
BTW - the color is the actual color of Kiddie fire extinguishers - and VERY nice red <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" /> THANKS!

Looks nice.
For reference, I had my Camaro's rims powdercoated and I paid $75/rim for them. The guy did say he normally charges $100/rim, but cut me a deal.

DAMN!!! That looks sweet. Let me know how much he wants for them I would be interested. I had my rear bumper done and they charged 75 including sandblasting.

Will powder-coatings hold up to high heat applications?? That's a question I've never known the answer to, anybody??

I see that LCE charges $86 for just the powdercoated valave cover... We were thinking all of this would be worth $300+ easy...

As far as i know, powdercoating can sustain high heat, serious hits etc..As i understand it its far superior to normal painting.

Yes, powdercoating can take lots of heat... I have a friend with a twinturbo'ed 510ci Chevy in his boat... 900+ horsepower. And all of the high heat stuff is powdercoated.
I'll post pics tomorrow.. it's badass.
