I don't understand what is happening here. I still have deposits on two ARB 10 bolt lockers at OK4WD. Does OK4WD have additional inventory of these items that they are liquidating? Chuck of OK4WD told me last week that he has no market for the two lockers I pre-ordered. This sales ploy hardly seems fair to those who have paid the $250 initial deposit and the additional $350 to obtain lockers already. Please illuminate me.

Craig, I would call and make sure they are not selling 'your' lockers. If you do the math $250 deposit + $400 sales price = $650.
Are you sure that your deposit is not being forfeited?

There are some generous souls out there. Chuck from OK4WD explained that the sale price on ARB 10 bolt lockers was made possible because some people had forfeited the deposits they had made on the original 50 units, essentially giving their interest in the purchase to OK4WD. This allows OK4WD to unload some inventory. Considering the benevolence of OK4WD in helping realize the availability of this desirable after market product, I think this action is acceptable. It will help some people get really good deals on lockers. It doesn't help those of us who do not choose to write off deposits we've made, and who must still pay the full $600 for the product, but that's the bargain we made when we elected to get this ball rolling two years ago. Congratulations to those few who can take advantage of others' decisions to give up their deposits. And when the discounted units are gone, there will still be ARB 10 bolt lockers available at the regular price.

I have one installed in a 1999 Amigo, no problems, unless you count the broken axle <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" />

I'm sorry to report that the sale is over. OK has sold the lockers that they had in stock. Again, they are still going to have lockers available at the normal price unless something drastic happens. He also still has the lockers that belong to those of you who have deposits, and haven't finished the purchase process.
