Dallas, I won't chastise you about searching cause I *know* you know better, but from the same question a month ago on the Tech forum:

Just get a junkyard box. Sandblast and paint it and it's a good, cheap replacement. Get one from a southwestern state if you can and you'll be pretty much guaranteed the adjuster won't be frozen up on it.
