First of all thanks for the compliments.
Let me answer some questions.....
It weighs about 55 pounds.
As for me making additional ones....well if I get 20 deposits <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> ......no, seriously I don't have the tooling and fixtures to make the mounts. Mine were made by hand fitting them to my vehicle. I don't have patterns for the diff years. Would not want to make something I wasn't sure would fit.
The bed liner was rolled on. I used spray where the door and rocker meet only to get in the crack and along the pinch seam. That stuff is really great. I never thought of using it on the lower portion of the truck until reading about it here. You really do learn a lot on this board.
