Any suggestions on fixing a automatic's Tranny Cooling Line Leak...

The flare fitting joining the Tranny cooling line to the Transmission ( the one with some type of sensor attached) is leaking. It was still tight... I guess the flare must have worn due to vibrations?? It appears in good condition.

I will cut out the bad flare out and reflare the existing tube. I just hope I have enough room.

Anyone have experience with this?

This is the first time I have ever seen such a connection fail. Broken lines Yes, Leaking flare connections No.

or should I just Replace Both Lines to be safe... ~130,000 mi.
