Razz,
I wasn't real sure about a few things.

1. When I asked you about your pinion angle, you said that you used a shim to change it. Am I correct in assuming that the angle was pointed down?

2. I am assuming, because of your lack of vibration, that your new corrected pinion angle is near stock?

3. Are you still researching selling kit parts or are you nixing that idea.

Inquizitively,
LOU <img border="0" alt="[Nerd]" title="" src="graemlins/nerd.gif" />

Hey Lou.

When I first set every thing up the my pinon was almost pointing at the t-case. It vibrated really bad so I trid a set of 2* shims, this helped a bunch but it still vibrated above 65mph.. so I installed a set of 5* shims!! They work fine but I have head that they will crack of work their way lose.. I dunno what the angle is I just know it works..

Front sping hangers & shackles. $85 + S&H
Upper and lower shock mounts $100 + S&H
U-bolt kit including 5/8" ubolts $95 + S&H
Most of these guys are about half that but I use a 1/2" plates and 5/8" U-bolts.

keep on truckin,
RAZZ

I picked up some 63's tonight and I'm droolin'! <img border="0" alt="[Drunk]" title="" src="graemlins/drunk.gif" />
One last question: in your first post, the front looked pretty flexy (well, for toy IFS!).Are you running the Rockstomper travel kit or any other mods up front?

Yea Lou, I'd say that the angle on the T-case and the angle of the diff are parallel..

As for the front I just removed ALL the bump stops!! Other than the Pro Comp stgII lift it's stock!

I think under full compresion, the front upper ball joints will bind against the upper A-arm <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" /> . To remedy this, you can make http://home.off-road.com/~bibelheimer/4runner_susp.html#Increasing%20Lift%20Kit%20Wheel%20Travel or buy http://www.rockstomper.com/catalog/suspen/ifskit.htm front ball joint spacers, or use mega travel re-machined ball joints from Downey Off-Road.
