Genuine Mitsubishi Parts *'89 3.0L V6 (and revised for other GenI 3.0L V6 models) [color:"red"]Throttle Body Overhaul kit[/color]:

[Linked Image]

(1) MD614299 - O-ring, Idle Air Control
**(1) MD614417 - O-ring, Idle Air Control
This gasket fits around the hole that the IAC servo motor plugs into.

(1) MD614306 - Gasket, Idle air valve body
**(1) MD614406 - Gasket, Idle air valve body
This gasket is for the valve body on the bottom part of the throttle assembly which is removed via 5 screws.

***(1) MD608806 - O-ring, Idle speed adjusting screw
This o-ring fits on the screw located at the top of the throttle body used to adjust the idle speed.

(1) MD151718 - Gasket, Throttle body
**(1) MD184046 - Gasket, Throttle body
This gasket fits between the throttle body and intake plenum. For vehicles with the heater plate adaptor recall, it will fit between the heater plate adaptor and the intake plenum.

And just in case your screws are frozen in place and you happen to be a new bolt enthusiast, like myself:

(4) MF240047 - Bolt, Throttle body (8x70mm)
**(4) MF240064 - Bolt, Throttle body (8x55mm)

(5) MF350060 - Screw, Idle air valve (5x40mm)
**(4) MD614416 - Screw, Idle air valve (5x??mm)
**(1) MF350051 - Screw, Idle air valve (5x??mm)

***(2) MD614285 - Screw, Idle Air Control servo (5x16mm)

***(2) MD614199 - Screw, Throttle Position Sensor (5x??mm)
(P/N MD600071 - Screw, TPS, has been discontinued)

*I should note that the P/Ns differ slightly from the model with the heater recall issue models and those that followed after. The main P/Ns provided above are for the throttle WITH the heater recall.

**For GenI 3.0L V6 other model throttle bodies (i.e., those NOT having the throttle heater plate recall; generally, most models after the '89).

***Same P/N fits ALL GenI 3.0L V6 models.

****If your truck hasn't been serviced by the '89 throttle heater recall, please investigate and/or inform your local dealer of this and they will take care of the work. Just in case they don't have it, the P/N for the heater plate ass'y listed in the recall is:
(1) MD153588 - Throttle heater kit
Dealer picks up the tab. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
Please contact me if you need any info regarding this.
