I have a real problem with one statement in the French Wars paper.

WW1 France is saved by the United States..WTF! I really must protest this blanket statement.
The US joined the war in April of 1917 AFTER Hundreds of thousands of British and Australian Troops had shed their lives fighting for French freedom (over 2 million died or were MIA out of about 8 million mobilised from the British Empire during WW1).
I would accept the statement that "America joined with the Brtish Allied nations in liberating France".
I am not downplaying the US part in WW1 but I think it needs to be seen in perspective.

Its now 12:00 our time and the war hasn't started yet. I've got the telly on so I know what is happening.

I wholeheartedly give my support to the soldiers over there, after all they are doing their job. And I am hoping that they come back to us alive and well.
