Need a Spot

I am about to replace the clutch in my '87 Runner (22RE, manual, stock gears 4.10's, with 32's)

I am debating wether or not to install one of the various 10lb heavier flywheels that are available. Will the $270-300 price tag pay-off in noticeable performance increases ? Or should I just have my stock flywheel stone-ground and focus on getting gears (4.56's) ?
