After my dad and I put a different starter in the Sportage today we were wondering if anyone has thought of putting a different engine in one???
Maybe out of another brand of vehicle or even staying with a bigger Kia type motor?

Just wondering, it would be nice to have more power. I don't see how you guys can put 31's on there and still get it moving....

I really like the Sportage, but I keep hearing more and more people having trouble with them. I figure put a different motor/wiring harnless, etc and you would have a great little car..........
Just thinking????
