Corrosion is never a good thing. I would remove the fuses and clean up the fuses themselves and the metal contacts on the fuse holder. Use emory paper or fine sand paper. If you don't have a test light or a DMM then take the ABS fuse to any auto parts store and they can test to see if it's OK. If it's bad, get a few of that type. Try one of the fuses. If it blows immediately that indicates a severe problem with the ABS. But I doubt that will happen.
