have you checked the ABS sensor on the rear axle? this sometimes gets yanked loose by being caught on a object passing under the vehicle. it is a wire that goes to the top of the rear differential on the engine side.

rear passenger drum...nope it doesnt look good gonna have to fix rear seal and brake cylinder

Yea, that's not looking good. I'd have to agree that the rear axle seal has seen better days.
And if the brake cylinder was leaking too and needs a rebuild you should flush out all the old brake fluid and go new. It probably absorbed moisture and like Gary said above will make the brakes soft.

I also noticed...it looks like one of the axle nuts is loose and has been for a long time. It's not seated like the other ones that are visible.

if i remember correctly there is one stud shorter than the others. if that is correct, the nut is not loose.
