Interesting idea, but may I ask why?
Diesel Fuel #2 (DF@) remains in a luquid state and suitable for the engine to about 20F (some say 18). DF! (also know as DF-Arctic{Which by the way is Jet-A1} is good to minus 65F at least.
If teh fuel is in a luquid state (no "waxing") then heating seems like an extra effort. If the fule isn't luquid change to DF1 , wiat till spring or move.:-)
Please don;t take my comment wrong I applaud any new idea or add-on.
