Actaully the grill will fit back on. I had to cut out part of it and glue it back togher slightly different, but unless you look close at it you won't be able to tell.
Well, I was hoping for around 375 RWHP, but I may have to sell my AFC and EVC, and get those at another time. I am trying to buy a house, and should not be spending money on this.
With this setup, including the AFC and EVC, Lexus AFM, and an additial injector, I can run 20+ psi. The EVC is a boost controller, used to increase boost. The AFC is an Air Flow Converter. It lets me adjust the amount of air my ECU can see. Add the additional injector and Lexus AFM, I get extra fuel and air, and use the AFC to adjust it properly. Now to monitor, I have a A/F meter, Pyrometer, and a Fuel pressure guage. With these guages, I can monitor my air/fuel ratio, exhaust temps, and fuel pressure. If any of those goes out of wack, you are heading for metldown, and time to let off the gas. This makes running high boost and 500+ crank power safe.
The F-Con and FCD are HK@$$ parts. I will not buy them. HK$ wants way too much for thier stuff and does not work as well. You pay for the name. Apexi is much much better. But the F-Con allows you to increase your injector duty cycle so you can get more fuel, and the FCD allows you to get above the 12 psi fuel cut mark. The lexas AFM and the additional injector takes care of that, but much much safer.
Motors I can get for $800 shipped to my door. There are various places in CA that sell them for that. Lately I have been using Go-motors.
Sorry, I have already given my old IC to my roomate for his truck.
It is better to make torque at high rpm than at low rpm, because you can take advtage of gearing.
