Hi Harry,
I bought the downpipe from Suprasport and the product is made by Defcon Motorsports. It is made out of stainless steel but I had it thermally coated by Finishline Coatings to keep the heat in the pipe and out of the engine bay. If you are looking for just the flange, a guy by the name of John Lundsford makes a variety of turbo elbows, stock O2 sensor bungs and various other flanges for mating different turbos to the 7M manifold.
