Got mine installed today. Wasn't bad, took about 1.5 hours and that was set up and clean up........PITA was trying to set the clutch pedal so that it had just enough prssure on it to stop that damn chirping. I can barely touch the pedal with my foot and it stops but I just can't seem to get it with an adjustment.

My OEM one looks exactly like the one here. The crack is identical. I also talked to another guy that's a lawyer about the petion idea.......he said years ago Ford had a similar situation and people raised all kinds of hell about it and got petions together but since the HSB (highway saftey board) never said it was a potential hazzard the case never saw the light of day. He seems this would be about the same.......basically for the amount of money that the repair would/does cost, and hitting Toyota up for the bill + is not enough money for a lawyer to eneven consider........I can't stand those greedy theiving bastards!!!
