The backlighting for my heating/cooling cluster went out. Anyone replaced or had this replaced yet? I'm wondering if thats gonna be a complete board swap, or are there little lights/diodes in there that can be replaced? I'm clueless and I can't seem to find any info on it anywhere.

Anyone... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

If it is what I think it is, it is a real easy (as in fix it at the auto parts store parking lot) If you pop off the knobs at the end of the levers and then pry off the frame surounding the cluster, then you can pop the bulbs right out. They live behind a clear plastic block. I think they where about 1.00 each... I think there was a more detailed post about this a while ago...

you have to take the little green "condom" off of your bulb and move it to the new bulb.
