I recommend if you have the time to get the chapter up and going again yourself. If not you should be able to become an honorary member with another state close to you. Each chapter is permitted to have 5 Honorary Members. That usually means non-Tacoma owners. In your case, not having a chapter and driving a Tacoma it shouldn't be any problem. My state has a non-active jackass for President and has dissappeared without a trace for over a year or more. Nobody can join or even get a return email, explaination, or anything. Most of the Kentucky crowd that are regulars on the TTORA board really don't want an official chapter anyways. I have TTORA stickers on my truck for promotion, but feel you don't need a chapter to get out and have fun with friends.
