Howdy
I have some information that I garnished from the McQuay-Norris 1998 Chassis Parts for passenger car and Light Truck A310-210-8.
I scanned all of the information concerning Tie Rod Ends, and Tie Rod Adjusters, then using Optical Character Recognition transferred the data into MS Excel.
Then I applied some mathematics, did some sorting and categorizing, sifting and combining, coming up with some lists of possible tie rod/adjuster combinations.
You can check the information out here:
External Adjuster Tie Rod Information Disclaimer!!! There may be transcription errors. All of the data manipulation may have introduced even more errors! This is just data, try the fits your self. I ain't
responsible with what you do with this dammit, you're grown ups act
accordingly. I did fit one set of these tie rods, and the taper seemed right.
But the adjuster ends were at an angle to the taper portion, and as such
would not work on the Isuzu application. Your Results May Vary The Adjusters are the weak link in the Isuzu steering system, by reinforcing the adjusters so they don't break or bend, may cause something more expensive or critical to safety to break or bend. I have decided not to use external adjusters, but instead to scrounge around salvage yards for spare stock adjusters. Good Luck.
