It took me 4 or 5 hours to do it by myself. That's also having done it once before, so if you've never done it then it might take longer for you to get the hang of it. I started one evening around 6, got the cab done and bolted by 8. Decided to leave the bed for the next day. Got out around 10 and had the bed done by 12 or 1. That's also with having to go the hardware store and buy bolts since the ones that were supplied were too long. So, could you get it done in an afternoon? Yes, but I would start it on like a Saturday and that'll give you the rest of the weekend if you run into problems.
