One thing to check would be the rear bumper brackets. I don't know what the brackets for the pickup look like, but on my rodeo the stock brackets rear bumper brackets had to be clearanced with a grinder. I bolted the PA bracket to the stock bumper bracket, then the bolt going through the PA bracket into the frame would hit the bottom of the stock bumper bracket. Just one more thing to think about.

richard is right, if you got it from performance accessories. the two inch doesn't make too much difference but, i am not sure about the 3".
