Removed out the 2.3L engine and installed 2.6L enngine. Still chasing some oil leaks but noticed a rubbing noise coming from the front of the engine. Removed the top half cover and the timing belt is creeping forward rubbing up against the belt cover. Before installing the 2.6l I installed a Delta Cam. Any ideas what can cause the timing belt to have a tacking problem? [ June 29, 2003, 07:30 PM: Message edited by: coldrain ]

Ok, I think I have found the problem. I put on the crankshaft gear backwards. This was forcing the belt outwards and it could not realigne. I made the mistake when I put on the new timing belt a few weeks ago.
