Need a Spot
Hey guys, my engine light went on and got it checked out at the local Autozone, came up P1441 (EVAP System Flow During Non-Purge) They suggested it might be simple as getting a new gas cap, (I make sure I tighten it after gassing up) any other ideas what it might be? Gas cap is cheap but I wonder if it might be something else? They didn't have any other idea what it might be. Truck seems to run good, but that light bothers me.

TIA,

Art

A non-tight gas cap causing a CEL is a very common issue. The computer will eventually reset itself once you have firmly tightened the cap. If you want to clear it earlier disconnect the battery for a few hours.
