Previous Thread Next Thread Print Thread Rate Thread Cel problem and question #240587 06/28/02 06:41 PM Joined: Jan 2001 Posts: 22 Cuyahoga Falls, OH A Art_Wojcik OP Need a Spot Hey guys, my engine light went on and got it checked out at the local Autozone, came up P1441 (EVAP System Flow During Non-Purge) They suggested it might be simple as getting a new gas cap, (I make sure I tighten it after gassing up) any other ideas what it might be? Gas cap is cheap but I wonder if it might be something else? They didn't have any other idea what it might be. Truck seems to run good, but that light bothers me. The computer will eventually reset itself once you have firmly tightened the cap. If you want to clear it earlier disconnect the battery for a few hours.
