Like Michale said not that hard. can be done in 8 hrs. but one word of caution if you do not have an air impact driver. You will not be able to remove harmonic balancer. unless you want to invest more time in removing starter and put a big screw driver in. about an extra 3 hrs. 250 is what i paid to have mine done they had done in 3 or 4 hrs. with new belts. I forgot about the water pump.
