The 8 and 10's bolt diffs, I'm told have the same mounting point. Your main difference is going to be the "A" frames. The 10 bolt uses longer ones. If you use the whole suspension it should fit. But, the "A" arm mounts at the frame could be different. That's the one thing I'm not sure of.
I plan a simular project in the distant future, only my plans are to swap the entire 91 Trooper frame and suspension under my "86". The plan is to use my old Rodeo 10 bolt in it after I install the ARB and 5:39's.
