I don't know if mine has been replaced. I bought mine with 185k on it from a friend, that I know didn't replace it. I'm the 3rd owner and now have 250,3xx miles on her and she starts up everytime. Did the timing belt/water pump at 240k and the cam seals looked great when I was in there.
