I just got of the phone with a muffler shop. I've been pricing Flowmasters (40/50 series). Then I get this one guy on the phone who has owned his own shop for 30 years, and still works there. I told him I had the 3.4 liter V6, and he said "You don't want a Flowmaster". He told me about the "Turbo Muffler" that was used in the Toyota 4Runners that had the turbo's (1987?). He said that the old turbo muffler (made by Giddon) was the best thing to put on because you still gain horse power, but don't lose any torque. Anyone know anything about this? Had my mind set on the ole Flowmaster until this guy told me about the turbo muffler.
