Originally, this forum was created so that vendors can make their prescense know to the 4x4wire community. Vendors were able to post announcements and specials. Group Buys were added to allow for all readers to take advantage of non-vehicle specific deals. For example, we have had readers do group buys ranging from tow straps to winches on vehicle specific forums.

What Our Readers Need to Know:
- 4x4Wire does not arrange for, sponsor, validate, or in any way support or profit from the group buys. We view group buys as informational and a service to our communities. We bear no responsibility whatsoever for group buys, we only make their availability known.
- The reader/vendor who brings up the group buy is solely responsible for the entire process.
- At minimum, the following details must be disclosed in a group buy posting: item, minimum quantity required, price, time-frame of delivery, any special terms/conditions.
- Please, keep group buys to 4x4-related items: parts, accessories, tools...

What we will NOT do:
- We will not sponsor a group buy.
- We will not intervene in the process.
- We will not get involved in problem resolution or failure to deliver. Caveat emptor!
- In short, neither 4x4Wire, staff or non-staff volunteers will be involved in sponsoring buys or in helping anyone resolve issues related to them.
