Get the 210, very nice machine. We just bought one at work for a large structural steel project. Well worth the extra $.

Unles you are planning on welding large volumes of thick 3/8"+ metal, the 175 is fine. I use one every day.

Also, the 175 has infinite voltage control vs 4-5 click settings on the 210.

UPDATE

The UPS man came today and for $884.00 from Cyberweld I got my Millermatic 175 with cart, 80 cu. ft. bottle filled with Argon/CO2 mix, a 10 pound spool of .030 wire and a package of .030 contact tips. I need to go to Lowe's or Home Depot tomorrow to get the proper plugs to make an extension cord from the Dryer to the Garage. I got 40 ft of 3/10 wire from work for free. I already have a welding helmet and gloves.

You will most likely have to go to an industrial electric supply outlet to find the right plugs. Home Depot and lowes does not carry them. They are pricey. I spent around $110 bucks just for the plugs and 50 ft of thick ass wire. Make sure you build a cord that will reach all around your work area.

Boy they were helpful <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" /> .
My chord goes about 10 feet out of my garage so it is long enough for anything I will need. I put it together last night and through down a couple beads. All is working well
