Good info. I have 100K on my supercharger now so I've been thinking about the nose drive maintenance/overhaul anyway. I see their website is www.magnusonproducts.com so I better get on the ball with this too. I would have to guess that part of the reason you were down to 2 ounces of oil probably has to do with the extreme angles into which you get your 4Runner. I know I have gotten Sherpa to many of the same angles, but not anywhere near as often. I wonder if those angles cause it to leak, spill, or otherwise consume oil it wouldn't under normal operating conditions. What do you think might be the cause? -Sherpa

I wonder if those angles cause it to leak, spill, or otherwise consume oil it wouldn't under normal operating conditions. I don't think the angles would have an effect on how it's consumed. It should be all sealed. Maybe driving habits or typical use affects how the oil gets used up. I'm not sure. I also don't know why mine was dirtier than others. Regarding a supercharger for the 3.0, there's a couple threads on the older Toyota forum here, such as this one or this one.
