I don't see why you'd have to worry about it that much. People break them all the time, but a lot more people run with 35s without any problems at all.

Just don't get on it too hard with the wheel cranked, don't get on it backing up and don't let the tire slam back on to the ground with the tire spinning. If you're not locked up in the front, you're probably a little safer too.
