I can tell you what not to do. Dont' put those wires near the hole in the bumper for the spare tire wrench. Thats were some asshat put mine and in the dark I couldn't figure out why it kept getting tighter when I was turning it. Then all of a sudden I felt a snap and then a whole mess of wires fell on the ground. Wrap them and keep them away from that hole.
