Here's what I did...I found the circuit breaker for the windows and ran a line from the power out of the CB straight to the power wire at the window switch and the windows worked. So it is something between the CB and the switch which leaves the relay as the culprit. I tried to follow the power wire from the CB to the relay and I tried to follow the power wire that comes from the relay to the switch back to the relay but the wires go up behind the dash to somewhere that I don't feel like going to.

So here's what I decided to do...I spliced into the wire coming off the back of the circuit breaker so the line is still protected and spliced it into the power wire that goes to the switch on the door (still under the dash). That did the trick.

On my truck there is a white w/red and a blue wire coming off of the back of the window CB. I tapped into the blue wire (it is the one that is supposed to go to the relay). The wire going to the switch is blue w/red. You can follow it from the pack that runs out thru the door jam. That is the power wire for the window switch.

I couldn't find the black box around the ecu on my truck, maybe I'm blind <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />. Anyway, thanks for the help guys!
