I went back to the test center to confirm what adjustment they did. It was the same one and only that one that I already adjusted.
It's like a potentiometer clamped down with a locking nut with small holes drilled on the sides for wire sealing.
I took a look at another C223 on a P'Up (import) and that one was wired with some kind of lead seal on it.
Well, the car runs great now and doesn't smoke so I guess I'll be ok till my next emission test next year. Thanks for the concern.

would like to, but am different island, here in central visayas.
btw the timing adjustment for the mechanical injuection pumps are made in the mounting bolts itself. the one you turned is the delivery of the fuel.

Are you in Cebu? My company owns Destiny Cable in Cebu and I will be there for an event in October. I'll probably scope out the 4x4 scene while I'm there.
