Anyone can add pictures to a post. When you are making a post, click on the "Image" text below in the Instant UBB Code box. This will bring up a window where you input the full url of your picture, then click OK.

To do this, your picture must be on the internet somewhere. We do not host pictures, and you cannot upload from your PC.
