i tried searching but my computer is reaallllly slow today. and i keep getting erros..

i already puirchased my braided hose to re run my fuel lines, this is for my 85 with the supra motor in it. i forget what sizes the lines are.. 5/16 , 3/8 i beleive.

now my questions are.. what size fitting is it for the gas tank?

for a fuel filter.. can i run any type? per say a GM fuel filter? the kind with fittings?

my filter now is over top of my motor with hose clamps.. i dun not like that <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

i also wanted to run what i could under the hood in the braided i'd have left over. like all the little short lines with banjo fittings..

anyone know what size banjo fittings those are? for the 7mgte fuel rack.. i would think they are the same as teh V6 fuel rack and maybe teh 22re? i dunno.

I went over to TMR (Anaheim), took the old hoses with fittings and George (over there)
set me up with all the metric to AN fittings. This included the fittings to use a high
pressure Vortec pump and Corvette fuel filter (they both had threaded ends). These
are mounted along the passenger side frame rail. I'm not sure he can help you with
the banjo, but you never know.

He suggested I use high pressure braided for the power steering, which took different
AN hose fittings ends. He was also able to come up with the adapters for the steering
box to AN. My Chevy power steering pump had screw-in fittings so we were able to
come up with fittings for that. On the reservoir, I just used hose clamps. I used 3/8
line, but after wheeling it, I think I should have went larger on the return line. It gets
a little stiff on switch backs, but I also have the pump and reservoir on the passenger
side of engine compartment.

I think I have most of the Earl's part numbers from the receipts, but I have no idea
of which ones belong to what.

BOB thank you soo much.. thats exactly what i was looking for.. the fuel pump sounds expensive... but i will deffinitly go with the filter.. i think stock pump is ok for now.. depending on the price of the new one.. i always here walbrow or what not..

TMR is that off of orangethorpe and knott.. thats close.. so you're in anaheim too huh..

banjo fittings i can get off of earls.. but i just need to check out what size is needed.. i'll get the calipers out this weekend and check it out.
