interior rear door latch

Getting the Wheeling Fever

this is regarding a '01 trooper. if you'll look at this '93 rs trooper (the pic is about half way down) you'll notice it has an interior rear door latch. how difficult, do you reacon, would it be to add this feature to my '01? the reason i ask is if i ever add that 3rd row it would be great to have a latch for exiting.
