If you can acquire the doorskin, latch, etc. I bet you could make it look stock. Acquiring those parts is gonna be WAY difficult, though...

Based on the way the Trooper rear doors work, I think this would be easy enough to do with simple hand tools. Latches generally use a push/pull rod that is pretty simple. Pull the doorskin and see what you've got, I bet you could retrofit a latch and lock with relative ease....
