Getting the Wheeling Fever

I'm still having problems with my truck not starting! It is still clicking instead of turning over intermitently. It just won't do it when I can pop the hood and check it out. I've replaced the starter, checked grounds and battery. Their is plenty of juice getting to it when it does turn over. Is their a relay or solinoid before the one on the starter that could be starting to fail? Help....?
