Lots of good tires out there and you have some good choices already. On shocks go with the rancho 9000's, the 5000's can be a harsh ride, and don't pay to have them installed. It's an hour job at longest and simple to do. Hit all the bolts with break free or other penetrating fluid a day or two before the change and go to work. It's cake!
