Getting the Wheeling Fever

I have a 2000 limited with SAWS / OME HD springs & shocks. I have not removed the running boards. If I run BFG A/T 285/75 on stock 16 X 7 wheels will I have a rubbing problem? If so, where or what will the tires hit? I will be taking this truck to the limits as for as the tire travel will go.
