You will need the computer and harness. For the 5mge and 6mge(82-86) the computer is quite simple so just pull the harness, comp, complete running engine and strip down any wires you don't need and bolt it up for about 160-180HP with intake and 2.5 exhaust. THe 7mge is a more complicated computer system but same block as the 5m/6m so you will need to spend more time with the wiring but not too much more. Bolt it up and you will have 200+hp with intake and exhaust.
Now as for the clutch I don't have a lot of knowledge there but if I recal correctly both the R series and M series use the same clutch. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/coolg.gif" alt="" />
