As luck would have it, I was leaving work for the Jambo on Friday after a half day, when leaving a stoplight, kkaaabbannggg goes the rear diff <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="images/icons/mad.gif" />
I dropped the rear driveshaft, still kerthunk, kerthunk, kabang, etc.
Dropped the rig at the local service station for safe keeping and after a ride home, drove my Tercel to the Jambo. Got a ride with Lars(thanks Lars) and had a good time. Thanks for the room, Jim. Showers are a good thing <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />
As to this topic, looks like the whole rear axle will go under my 85 after a R&P swap <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> Don't have a clue what let go yet. I'll post all about it though.
