That's what i was hoping to hear. I've replaced front IFS diff seals before and it sounds like pulling the full ifs diff out requires only a few more bolts once the axles are out.

Did you swap any parts from the old diff onto the new diff, such as the ADD?

We'll see how long the rear takes. I just hope I don't run into any snags.

The next step for me is to run the wiring and test out the e-locker diff that's been sitting in my garage for months.


I didn't swap any parts, just unplugged and replugged. The rear takes a while just b/c of all the locating equipment for the axle, the brake lines, and it takes 2 people. For some reason when I reinstalled the parking brake line it was much tighter. It was actually dragging the brakes, I could not figure out why, so I just adjusted the screw on the handle to loosen it just enough to stop dragging. The rear takes easily twice as long as the front if you are swapping the entire axle.
